SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders placed before 12:00 pm MST are processed and shipped out on the same day (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed after 12:00 pm MST are processed and shipped on the next business day.

We do not ship on Sunday. Any order placed on Sunday will ship first thing Monday morning. 

All shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are shipped via Priority Mail.

Shipping times are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Unfortunately shipping errors such as failed delivery, slow delivery, return to sender are out of our control. If there is any issue with shipping please reach out to us at hello@purenumb.com and we will do everything we can to remedy the shipment.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS RETURN POLICY
